Account Cancellation

Please send an email to disconnect@ozonline.com.au with the following information.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation receipt number.

If you do not receive this confirmation number within 72 hours then your cancellation has not been received.

Please include as much of the following information as possible.
  • Please advise your name and your mobile phone number.
  • The phone number of the service
    (if home phone or ADSL).
  • Your Australia On Line email address
    (if you have one).
  • Do you want us to disconnect the services or wait for a new provider to transfer them away?
  • If you require us to disconnect the services, which ones and when?
  • Please specify your date of birth and the address of the service.
Your account cancellation will take place at the end of the current calendar month.
