- Adaptive unlimited download
- Adaptive unlimited download is a feature of some older plans that are no longer available for sale.
- Data quota per month
- The month related to the data quota begins at the day of the month that the plan was started.
- Downloads
- Data that comes from the internet to your computer are downloads. (For example, when you read an email, or buy a song.)
- Data that goes from your computer out to the internet are uploads. (For example, when you send an email, or send an instant message.)
- "Downloads included" on our plans only counts downloads. Your uploads are unlimited.
- Peak/Off-peak downloads
- Peak downloads occur from 8am to 1am AEST and count only toward your peak data quota. When you exceed your peak data quota your service is shaped during peak hours.
- Off-peak downloads occur from 1am to 8am AEST and count only toward your off-peak data quota. When you exceed your off-peak data quota your service is shaped during off-peak hours.
- Peak and off-peak quotas only apply where your plan has separate peak and off-peak download quotas.
- Price cap
- The Price Cap is the maximum fee you will pay for your service per month.
- Reaching the price cap results in a restriction being placed on your service.
